- Telephonic inspection report requirement is eliminated for Foreign National cases
- Premium finance of Foreign National cases is permitted on a case-by-case basis
- Living benefit riders are now available for residents of “B” Countries, including China and Mexico
- Minimum age reduced to 18 for Foreign National cases
- New Limited Power of Attorney form is now available to simplify the process for appointing an Attorney-in-Fact to accept policy delivery
- Bank/Brokerage account nexus requirement reduced to $100,000
- Translation fees up to $250 will be reimbursed if case is issued and paid
- Aviation will be considered for residents of “A” Countries
