Licensing Requirements: The agent must be licensed in the state where the client is physically located at the time of sale.

Training Requirements: Long-term Care Partnership Training must be completed for the state in which the application is signed, as well as for the state in which the client resides. In general, the initial requirement is the 8 hour LTC Partnership Training and 4 hour refresher course every 2 years. Reciprocity rules will apply.
